Forming box

The forming box is designed to eliminate the sagging of the mesh between the breast roll and the first registration roller, reduce the dewatering effect of the breast roll, slow down dehydration at the beginning of the net table and improve the distribution of the fibrous suspension across the width of the net. Represents the welded metal design made of corrosion-resistant steel. The forming box is attached to posts that allow it to be moved in relation to the chest roll.

The shaping box is equipped with one wide bar and 50 mm wide bars. With an angle of inclination to the grid 0°. The slats can be made from either polyethylene or ceramic. Taking into account the wear of the slats, the forming board is adjustable in height. The slats are attached to the forming board using T-shaped guides.

They are made for paper machines with cutting width from 1680 to 4200 mm.

Hydroplate box

The hydro-plank box is the main dewatering element of the grid table. Improves the conditions for forming a high-quality web of paper and cardboard. Reduces the amount of fiber and filler in the circulating water compared to the water leaving the register rollers. Represents a welded design from corrosion-resistant steel. It is attached to the beams with the help of racks that allow you to adjust the height of the box, taking into account the wear of the slats.

The drawer is equipped with 5-7 slats 65 mm wide. The slats can be made of either polyethylene or ceramic and are attached to the drawer using T-rails. The angle of inclination of the slats to the grid ranges from 0° to 3°.

Suction box wet

The wet suction box is a welded structure made of corrosion-resistant steel. It is made, as a rule, with a removable water seal; a complete set with a built-in water seal is possible. It is attached to the beams with the help of racks that allow you to adjust the height, taking into account the wear of the slats.

The drawer is equipped with 5 – 7 slats 65 mm wide. The angle of inclination of the slats to the grid ranges from 2° to 3°. The slats can be made of either polyethylene or ceramic and are attached to the drawer using T-rails. The vacuum in the box is created by a fan. The vacuum value usually ranges from 0 to 4 kPa. The vacuum level can be adjusted with a suction valve. The width of the suction zone is adjusted using movable end bars.

Suction box

The suction box is a welded structure in which a vacuum is created, with a device for adjusting the suction zone, the outlet pipe connected to the vacuum system, and the lid, which is attached to the body. It allows you to significantly increase the dehydration of the paper web. The box is made of corrosion-resistant steel. It is attached to the beams with the help of racks that allow height adjustment, taking into account the wear of the coating.

The suction box cover is made of either high molecular weight polyethylene or ceramic and is typically 30 to 40 mm high. The suction gap is represented by slots or round holes. The free section area varies within 40 – 50% of the total coverage area. The width of the suction zone can be adjusted using movable scrapers. The vacuum in the suction box is created using a vacuum pump. The connection to the vacuum system is made by means of a water separator. Vacuum regulation is automatic or, if necessary, manual.
