Tambours
The transfer tambour is a tambour gateway in the form of a prefabricated metal structure, which is installed without welding in front of a warehouse, hangar or production workshop. It is designed to simplify loading and unloading operations, save storage space and protect various goods from temperature extremes.
Suitable for both small warehouses and large terminals.
Tambours are:
- cold (single-wall);
- warm (double-walled).
The products consist of a remote platform on which a leveling platform is installed, a roof and a frame. The latter is usually sheathed with corrugated board or sandwich panels. To protect against precipitation, the roof is made at an inclination of 5 °.
As for the dimensions of the structure, they are selected depending on the leveling platform and dock shelter. Products are mounted at a right angle or 30, 45, 60 degrees.
