Clothes washers
Cloth washers are used for mechanical cleaning of paper machine felts. With the help of a vacuum, cloth washers suck out moisture from the felts (water, chemical), which is subsequently removed from the paper machine through the suction pipeline to the outside.
The result of cleaning is improved papermaking quality while reducing energy consumption and extending the life and durability of the felt.
The cloth washer is made of stainless steel, coated with high molecular weight polyethylene or ceramic.
The cloth washer has an adjustable suction slot and an adjustable suction width with vanes. The design of the cloth washer provides for the possibility of height adjustment, taking into account the position of the cloth. Cloth washers can be manufactured with one or two slots for cutting width from 1680 to 4200 mm with or without supports.
