Soap cutter of the pronin system
Among the non-standard equipment for various industries produced at the Dnepropetrovsk Foundry Machine-Building Plant is the Pronin system soap cutter, which allows you to fully automate the solid soap production line.
This unit was created to give the soap its final presentation, that is, during its mechanical processing, marking and cutting into bars of a given size are carried out.
The soap cutter has a simple maintenance system, does not need to be connected to the mains, which is its undoubted advantage.
The operation of this machine is carried out due to the pressure supplied by the pelothesis.
A strong steel wire is used as a cutting tool, which is mounted on a drum also made of steel.
Two other horizontal drums are marked with labels.
The whole process of the soap cutter is synchronous:
- the first stage is marking;
- second stage – cutting;
- Third stage – arrival on the conveyor for packaging.
